Domestic: Accommodation - Owners cabin behind bridge (double) plus 4 x berths in focsle. Toilet on back deck.

Construction

Launched: Steel vessel built 1969. Dillingham Shipyards Fremantle, WA. Called the “64s” (one of many sisters).

Tankage: Fuel – 2 x 10,000 fuel tanks. Fresh water – 6,700 litres in 2 x tanks.

Fishroom: Fishroom is set up (but not activated) as a freezer. System is not currently gassed up. Now solely as an ice hold. In Australia whilst being used as a prawn trawler, this fishroom was worked as a freezer to 40 degrees below zero.
Fishroom Capacity – 400 – 500 cases or product or 15 tonnes plus bulk fish.
Refrigeration Compressor – Blitzer – (note not currently in use).
Hold size – 29 cubic meters.

Gearbox: Twin Disc MG514M on 4.5:1 reduction. This box last overhauled June 2002.

Auxiliary: Perkins 6354.4 6 cylinder, 120hp. Drives Stamford 65Kva alternator. 6,500 hours since rebuild November 2005.

Propeller / Shaft: Prop - Bronze 3 blade RH. 51” dia 33” pitch. Kortz nozzle.
Shaft - 4.5” mild steel in oil lubricated stern tube.
