This is an interesting little boat, built without an inboard engine probably in order to qualify as a houseboat and therefore save on VAT. It has a quirky fit out in the popular reverse layout format that needs some completion but is serviceable. Potentially this boat would make a lovely liveaboard or extensive cruiser as she is beautifully fitted out and is well appointed. Unfortunately, when the current owners purchased, the previous owner had had an issue with bilge water in the bedroom as a result of the calorifier leaking.
